2006 Mosaic

Tasting Notes: Mosaic – small pieces coming together to create a work of art. Our signature wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot. This wine was crafted using only the best fruit and the finest oak.

Food Pairings: It is a wine that can be forgotten in the cellar for a decade or enjoyed tonight as the perfect match for osso bucco or roast beef.

Awards: Gold Medal - All Canadian Wine Championship 2009 Gold Medal - Northwest Wine Summit 2009

Winemaking: A blend of 34% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc, 13% Malbec, & 3% Petit Verdot. All batches were fermented and matured in oak separately. Only selected barrels from each batch made it into this year's wine.

Aging Potential: Until 2011.
